Hi,
I'm Chad Edwards. I currently live in Heidelberg, MS (a
very very small town) with my 2 dogs Frankie & Geenie.
I started doing lampwork December 2001. I basically learned
by watching
some friends
of mine in Asheville, NC... Stan Morris, Ethan Murray,
and Toney Harris (all
of which by the way, do some very sick work!!) I was
always there visiting anyhow so I would just sit and watch
and ask
a million questions. Luckily they were patient and put
up with
my asking a million
questions, which I have now
learned its
hard to talk and do lampwork. Especially when you are trying
to concentrate.
So I had the the time and money to invest
and that's what I did. I ordered a video and went from
there. It's amazing to
see what
a difference my work has been since I started. I am almost
embarrassed by what I used to make. My interest besides
this is MUSIC, all
kinds. I venture to NOLA a lot to see some good jazz and
funk & whatever
else there is to see. It's my second home, so to speak.
I LOVE Phish, Marley, Floyd, Dead, Allmans, SunRa, Kool
and
the Gang,
BR549, Buck Owens, Peter Tosh, Lee Perry, SLIP, JFJO, PB,
Dimorphodon, Michael Ray and Cosmic Krewe, Bluegrass,
Jazz, Funk, Reggae,
Blues, Travel, Photography, art, camping, drums, and everything
that is.
